42 BUILDS ON PARTNERSHIPS
42 has more than 40 campuses worldwide, each supported by one or several benefactors. These are individual and companies who acknowledge the importance of a disruptive, inclusive, tech-oriented education.
Besides supporting the school financially, each partner gets involved with the 42 community in several ways. Benefactors promote conferences and workshops, networking and mentoring opportunities, and challenge the pedagogy team to develop new projects for the curriculum.
Partnering with 42 Porto means being at the forefront of an unprecedented effort to bring innovative education to Portugal. These partnerships act as driving forces for a better, fairer, technological future and create a wealth of new opportunities – for the next generation and for our country.
An easy way to reach out to 42 students is to host a short conference on campus. We are always looking for innovative subjects that will inspire and engage our students and inform them of industry trends.
Students, staff, and partners are invited to work together on real challenges. These are devised to deepen students’ knowledge and technical skills and encourage them to develop concrete and innovative solutions and tools.
The 42 curriculum challenges students to develop a problem-solving attitude and engage with real-world dilemmas. The projects are often designed with concrete challenges in mind, suggested by 42 benefactors themselves.
42 offers students several workshops throughout the year. These workshops are developed in collaboration with the school’s partners to help students refine their social and communication skills in preparation for their job search and future professional experiences.
