1.1 The Associação Portugal 101010, with fiscal number 515722812 and headquarters at Rua Neves Ferreira, nº13B – 2º, 1170-273 Lisboa is the responsible entity for implementing and managing both 42 Lisboa and 42 Porto, and consequentelly responsible for collecting and treating the personal data of others (hereby referred to as Use or Users) for the purposes indicated in point #2 of the Privacy Policy.

1.2 This Privacy Policy is applicable to all personal data collected by Associação 101010 Portugal trough the contact form available on the wesite and its purpose is to inform the Users, under the terms and for the purposes of Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27^th of 2016, the “GDPR”).

1.3 The Users must carefully read the Privacy Policy and freely decide whether they want to give their personal data to Associação 101010 Portugal, before sending the data. The Users guarantee that they are of age and that the data supplied is true, exact, complete and up to date, being responsible for whatever irregularity verified.
