At 42 you start by learning the fundamental concepts of programming, so you can build the strong basis to later on choose the area you want to become an expert in: cyber security, data analytics, web development, among many others.

You can start your application anytime you want by completing two online games. After that, you’ll have to enroll for a Piscine – a 26 days bootcamp where you will dive in the 42 learning model.

For you to be selected to 42, you don’t need to have any previous experience in coding. You just need a really strong will to learn

< How long does it take to complete the 42 cursus? >
Each student has the freedom – and responsibility – to learn at their own pace, so there is no established deadline for you to finish your cursus. However, you should plan to commit at least 20h per week to the 42 cursus (ideally 40h).
